Is it common for German Sheps to develop nasal tumors? I have a rescue dog with a bump on her nose just behind the wetnose part. She wheezes alot, but doesn't have any infections. It hasn't grown since I got her but the wheezing has increased.

Hi, how old is your dog?  I would be concerned with the fact that she is wheezing more, which tells me that it is irritating her more.  Depending on her age, I would look into getting it removed.  Nasal tumors are not that common in Shepherds.  Hope this helps, and good luck.
