Border Collie herding horses!

Hi, I have recently gotten a 4 year old Border Collie. We love him, but he is herding and heeling our horses. Is there any way to stop him? Effie

Hello Effie,

Unless you have an alternative for him to herd, you probably won't be able stop him.  If you do not want him herding your horses you must call him off and tie him up so the horses are out of his sight.
