Questionwhat are the symptoms when a border collie is in labor is or is going to have puppies
AnswerHello Russ,
I was usually able to tell when my Border Collies were about to have their pups by noticing their actions and physical changes. My BCs would get very uncomfortable and be looking for a place to hide to have pups, they would often have the look of pain in their eyes (the whites would be very reddish), and they would breathe differently, as if in labor (which was usually the case).
Hope this helps!
