Male Cocker Spaniel Puppy Weight

We have a 8 week old cocker spaniel and would like to know what weight he should roughly be, to see whether we are feeding him the correct amount?

Hi Phillip,
Puppies need to be fed about 5 to 6 times a day and will eat WAY more than an adult.
I can't tell you how much to feed since I don't know what you're feeding.
I strongly suggest canned food off the following list:
Azmira
Life's Abundance
Innova
Innova EVO
Canidae
Newmans Organics
Natural Balance
Wellness

There are more, but see if you can find any of these.
The supermarket stuff just doesn't cut it.  And kibble isn't good for cockers..far too many grains and not enough protein.

At 8 weeks his weight will increase almost daily since it's his big growth spurt so a good food fed multiple times a day is key.
