Whats up with Nutmeg?

Nutmeg is a year old. She had a season about 3 months ago, she is going to be spayed next month.  Meanwhile, she has recently taken to finding a dark corner to curl up in.  Before she settles in the corner she scratches at the floor, she is not eating her food but is happy to eat human food.  She is always trying to 'jump' everything and everything.  Do you know if these actions are anything to worry about?

Unfortunately you are going to have to give your vet a ring because it sounds to me like a phantom pregnancy, she is showing all the signs, you dont have to do anything just keep her happy and occupied and try to distract her when she is digging she will go off her food and maybe start to carry a toy around clean it and cuddle it, its quite sad really but my dog had three of these so I had her spayed for that reason.
You will need to speak to your vet because they dont like to spay whilst they are having a phantom pregnancy.
