frequent urination

I have a 14 week old female cocker spaniel puppy. She has been to the vet for routine checks and puppy wellness vists. She had a lot of roundworms when I first got her & the vet has been treating for those. Everytime she has been seen by the Vet they tell me she is the picture of perfect health despite the worms. However, as we have been working on potty training I'm noticing that she will hold her bladder when she is in her crate but when we are out playing or when I first come home she will pee right in front of me - excited pee - sometimes its not that much other times its a lot. When I have her out roaming the house with me she will go to the door to be let out sometimes 3 or 4 times within the same hour.
Also, she drinks water non-stop & eats all her food but still acts like she is starving. Her nose is always dry despite the amount of water she drinks & she seems to never cool down after playing hard or taking a walk - at least a good hour or two before she stops panting.
Could she possibly have an UTI or something more serious going on?

I strongly suspect a UTI.  So very common in puppies.  If you can catch a first morning urine sample in a sterile container you can just drop it off at the vet.  Go immediately if you can or otherwise refrigerate it.  Or take her and the vet can get one.

Part of this could be "excited peeing" - also very common but drinking a lot plus having to go 4 times in an hour would indicate a problem.  It's an easy fix with a round of antibiotics.

As for the food - what are you feeding her?  And how many times a day?
She's in a massive growth spurt and needs a premium food and I'd advise using canned mainly.  At this age she needs 5 meals a day.

I don't know where you live but if it's hot - keep outdoor exercise to a minimum and walk her early morning.
