cocker spaniel health and nutrition

Question
My little Chino is 2 years old, english cocker and weighs 14kgs. She is a happy dog and runs around the house, walks for 1 hour and eats 2 meals a day. She loves getting little bites of whatever we eat more than her dog food. What food is best for her? I give her Hills, friskies, pedigree by rotation as she is happiest with variety. what about fresh cooked meals?
