Older Cocker Spaniel Physical and Mental health

Question
our older cocker (13) is having issues with her bowels -- loose and has accidents. She pants alot and she also seems to be "antsy" -- pacing, pawing at the floor -- clingy... backs up to us and stands.... paces around us -- rubbing up against us like a cat... She has done this before, but it seems to be more often and a little more severe.

About a month ago she had surgery removing some tumors and had quite a few teeth removed -- the vet said she was in great shape for her age.

Answer
Hi Bonnie,
What are you feeding her?

It sounds like it's possible she may be having a little cognitive dysfunction.  Does she pace in circles?  Stand and stare into space?

How long has this been happening?  Is it constant or does it "come and go"?  How is her appetite?
