Answer
Can you afford an inexpensive vet bill?  My suggestion would be to run a urinalysis to see if she has a urinary tract infection.

You don't have to take her in IF you collect a urine sample (first morning) in a sterile container and pop it into the vet's office right away.  If you can't go immediately, then refrigerate it until you can.  (Sterile just means wash a small container in hot water & soap and dry it with a paper towel)  You only need an ounce of urine.

By doing it this way you save the "Consultation fee" and simply pay for the test, which isn't expensive.  If that's it, then a round of antibiotics will clear it up.  That too should not be expensive.  The test will also tell you if her kidneys are doing okay.

I think that's the first thing to rule out.

At her age she may need to be taken out more often...not put out..taken out, so you can be sure she's urinated.  Sometimes their bladders get weaker and they just can't hold it like they used to - so take her out every 2 hours and see if that helps.

I know she's an older girl, but keep taking her for short walks (not in the heat)..they still need gentle exercise and the stimulation of sniffing things and being out.

And a few questions:
Has she gained or lost weight?
Is she drinking well?  Too much?
When are the accidents happening?
How is her appetite?
How is her attitude?
