Question
Hey,
I am breeding my dog shes almost 2 years old.Shes Fawn with White markings on her chest and feet.I have a couple of questions. If I breed to a dog with almost the exact same markings and both dog's parents were fawn with white markings would all the puppies be fawn with white markings no full white pups? And if my dog started her heat(bleeding)on Tuesday(April 22nd) when should I schedule to breed her to the stud? Thanks for your help !

Answer
Fawn bred with fawn produces fawn.

They can be classic fawn: white markings, black masked face.

Or, fancy fawn: white markings, black masked face with white on the face. (more white than classic)

And as far as a white Boxer: they are fawns that have a gene that is a lack of pigment color. Therefore, any fawn to fawn litter can have an odd-ball white in it.

It all depends if the sire and dam have that gene.

Never breed a white Boxer because it produces and hands down the defective gene into the fawn gene-pool.

You can not schedule a breeding. You simply put the two together for awhile and allow them to do their own thing. She will accept him many times per day, for days and days and her own choosing.

Then when pregnant her heat will end.
