Question
QUESTION: okay heres my question. I have a 2 year old male. I was contacted by a friend to see if i would allow her 1.5 year old breed with my male. I agreed. This is my question she came to joing us last night.this being both of their first time at mating. He took to her and she willing allowed. HOWEVER Nearing the end of their buisness he seemed to remove hisself and therefore didnt become tied. He seemed wore out and i seperated them for the night. THis morning shes eager again and he simply isnt interested. Can you explain maybe why? Also after he drooled like mad. He still is drooling a bit. I have never done this and the owner of th efemale has never done this eaither. They get along great it just appears hes no longer interested. Any advice? Oh i have her till sat.....should i continue to keep her or send her home? I dont want to stress eaither of them out. THANKS so much for your help and advice!

ANSWER: Hello:  Give your boy some Vitamin E ( 200 IU.  per day)   - Contine this for 1 week or a little more.  It can help to gain his energy and interest.

Once your female gets pregnant, she can have 150 IU of vitamin E per day... Talk to the vet about this.  It will help her to not have a miscarriage.

Keep the gal for another week if possible.  Tell your friend you are giving Vit E to the boy and will give them a 24 hr rest.

BEST Wishes

OH, The kids should be on NuVET Plus
