help.!!

Hello, my dog is about 2 nd she is blind from an illness. but i let her out side every day. and she runs around the yard like not stop. and if she hears any sound she will go to one spot and just run around in circles and barking non stop. she has done this for quite a while and i would like to figure out why. please help. i don't know what to do.

Do NOT put this dog outside alone, off leash!  A blind dog is severely affected by large spaces, surrounded by scent and sound.  Your dog is anxious and her circling is a sign of cognitive disability: she can't make sense of anything that's going on out there.  I don't know what you mean by "quite a while" but this is not acceptable stewardship.  Take the dog out on long extending leash and remind her that you are there with a simple phrase "I'm here" when she appears stressed or anxious.  Learn about how to PROPERLY live with and train a blind dog:
