Cat being bullied

Question
My cat is being bullied so I am keeping her in, but now the bully is attacking her through her window and smacking glass and railing outside the apartment,it has now started at 5am and terrifies both me and my cat. I have to leave my house alarm off now as the bully is setting it off... How can I stop this?

Is your spayed? If not that could be the problem.

There is not too much you can do about an outside cat. I would keep small buckets of water to throw at the cat when it comes around, plus I would keep the window shades closed so the cat can't see her.
There is also spray that you can get at PetSmart/Petco/etc. that you can spray around the outside of the window that is a cat deterrent.

You may want to to report the cat to Animal Control also.
