why is my pregnant cat behaving badly towards her first kittens(male) aged 3 months old.

As the time to give birth draws near, your pregnant queen does not want any other cats near her.  When she is ready to give birth, I would isolate her from any other cats until the kittens are weaned.

She may perceive the male kitten as a possible threat to her babies and does not want him around her.

Once the babies are weaned and ready to play (5-7 weeks), you can separate mama from them and she and the 3 month old should begin to get along once again.  After they have had their shots, you can introduce them to the rest of the household.
