kitten who falls alot and shakes slightly

we rescued 3 kittens who appeared to be about 1 to 2 weeks old. we bottle fed them and they are doing great except one, the smallest one. they were taken to a vet and they had complete physicals, and shots. the vet said they were all in good health, only the smallest one, who we call baby falls over when she jumps or runs, she has a good appatite, plays constantly and seems happy. sometimes while sitting she seems to shake slightly. she is approximatly 5 months old now and we are concerned for her. we are on a fixed income and cannot afford a big vet bill, but we love her and have grown very attached to her can you give us any advice what might be wrong with her so we can fix this problem so she can have a full happy life.   thank you very much  dan & ilene cromer

First, you are angels for rescuing those kittens!!!!!

I am not a vet, and cannot begin to guess what may be wrong with the kitten.  I would keep an eye on this kitten and, if it does not improve very soon, you may want to visit the vet again to see what is going on.  It may be something as simple as an inner ear infection or something very complicated.  I think it would be diligent to see a vet on this one and make a decision in conjunction with the vet about the best course to take given your financial circumstances.
