Cat Tail Broken?

3 year old american long hair.  normally tail is fully upright and fluffy, like duster literally.  Now it is only up right above connection to body and rest just hangs.  She is trying to flex it up but it won't go.  My 3 year old son drug her down the steps the other day and pulled her tail as well, according to him.  She walked like she has something up her botton as well.

This kitty needs to see a vet to see how much damage your three year old may have inflicted on it.  It may be nothing, but it could also be serious. Cats are very stoical and often have to be in a lot of pain before they will show it.
