my kitten is sick

i just got this kitten from an owner of a barn she kept her cats outside in the barn. the kitten we picked has runny/ stuffed nose, he sneezes alot, he has eye goo coming out of both eye frequently and he is very quiet? could it just be a cold or is it sopmething serious that he could infect my other cat?

In all likelihood your new kitten has an upper respiratory infection which is contagious to other cats. You should see your regular veterinarian or a holistic vet ASAP for treatment and recommendations to minimize the risks of more serious health issues being passed onto your resident cat.
