cat wont poop in litter box!

Hi. My male cat is about five and his whole life, he has refused to poop in the litter box his whole life. I've done everything from cleaning it daily to having more than one. I have another male cat but before Oliver came along, cash still did not use the box. How can I change this behavior?! I have reached the end if my rope with it! Please help!!

There are several questions that I have for you about this kitty and his litterbox habits:

1) Has your kitty seen a vet in regards to this issue?

2) Have you tried different styles of litter pans/boxes?

3) Have you tried different types of litter?

4) Have you tried placing litterboxes in each place that Cash poops?

5) What have you been using to clean up Cash's poops outside of the box?

6) Have you tried a pheremone based calming collar?

Hopefully the answers to these questions will help me to clear up what's happening with Cash so that we can work towards changing his behaviour. I look forward to your responses.
