hi, i'm getting a cat but i dont know what to buy for my cat. and can you also tell me a good website.

Hi there!  Congrats on getting a kitty!  My husband and I have 5 cats.  They are wonderful pets!
Here are the things you will need for your cat:
Food Dish
Water Dish
Good Quality Cat Food
A litter box
litter
cat treats
cat toys
Scratching Post
There are many extras you can get too.  My cats LOVE their cat condo...which is basically a carpeted thick pole with holes in they can lay in.  They also love their cat tree, which is a narrow pole that goes from the floor to ceiling with little platforms for them to lay on.  Cat window seats are also a favorite and are very inexpensive.  More than anything else, I'm sure your cat will be cuddled up on your lap like ours always are.
