Cat hit by car, still alive. Was hit at midnight our time. bled from penis till about 1 or so. does not want to open jaw. pretty good head trauma. Put in a warmer place and covered with blanket to stay warmer. I don't know what else I can do to help it. please let me know.";

You need to take him to a veterinarian ASAP!  He needs to be examined to determine if there is any internal organ damage.  Also, trauma victims are given steroids for shock as well as IV fluids and PAIN MEDICINE.  He also should have x-rays to determine the extend of his injuries.
