CAN I CURE INGROWING HAIR FOLLICLES ON MY GERMAN SHEPPARD

Answer
These require removal.  The hairs grow back into the skin and create a foreign body reaction.  REmoval of the abnormal hair follicles will correct the problem  I use my CO2 surgical laser to very quickly vaporize and remove these.  Some vets in your area will have one, so call around and see.
