QUESTION: Dear Chris Robbins,
I already have put my fish uder a lanp all day and all night,but he still won't eat.What can I do to make him better?

ANSWER: Hi Samuel;

He needs his water temperature to be 78f to 80f. Once you get it up there and it stays there he should start eating again. Offer the worms and shrimp as I suggested previously and hopefully he will eat again soon. He just needs time to recover.

Hi Samuel;

You have to provide a heat source for him somehow that will sustain his tank water at 80f. If your lamp will not do it, get an aquarium heater that has a built in thermostat. However, your tank has to be 5 gallons or larger or it isn't safe. You may need to get him a bigger tank so it can be done.
