Answer
Hi Big Brownie;

A redtail shark needs a much bigger tank and he might nip your betta's fins anyway. Your tank is actually a overstocked too once they all grow to be adults. For a community tank with small fish like yours you can safely have about one inch of fish per gallon of water. That basically means 15 inches for a 15 gallon tank. Here's the rundown of what you already have;

4 White Clouds; 1.5 inches each - 6 inches of tank space
6 Zebra Danios; 2 inches each - 12 inches of tank space
2 Albino Cory Cats; 2.5 to 3 inches each - 5 to 6 inches of tank space
3 Kuhli Loaches; 3 to 5 inches each - 9 to 15 inches of tank space
Betta; 2 to 3 inches

Even though they are probably small now, adding up their future adult size equals about 35 to 40 inches. That's more than double the safe population limit, quite a bit of fish for your little tank. You are doing great with your water changes so keep that up. Get an extra filter too. You might consider getting a second tank of 20 gallons or a 50 gallon for everybody. Can never have too many tanks right? ;-)

Have fun!
