Overstocked?

Question
I have an 88 litre tank, planted, two filters-fluval 1 and 2.

Weekly water change of 25%

I currently have 14 neons, 8 harlequins, 3 panda cory cats, 3 peppered and 3 albino cory cats, 1 oto and one SAE.

I did have three black neons and 6 glowlights instead of the neons but wanted a change! :P

I caught all three black neons and 5 glowlights but couldnt catch one so the remaining glowlight is in the 88 litre but the other neons and glowights are in my 10 gallon.  Because the glowlight is on his own, would it be safe to put the black neons and glowlights in the 88 litre.  I have the feeling this would be really overtsotcked.

Could i up the water chnages?

Thanks lot     Robert

Answer
too many water changes become a negative thing in terms of water chemistry, beneficial bacteria count, etc.  It is best to let the one glow lite be alone for the next day or so and then add him to the tank with the other fish... adding them all together would be over stocking.... dave
