My mollies again...

So the 3 Black Molly's i bought the other day are nice and cozy now and have already been breeding. But my male molly is a lyretail, and the female is a sailfin. What can I expect the brood to be?

Unfortunately, it's impossible to tell. It all depends on the genetic code, or DNA. (Deoxyribonucleic acid). Whichever gene (lyretail or sailfin) is dominant will be the one that the fry will have. Sorry if I confused you there.

P.S. Although, as mentioned, it's impossible to tell, I'd bet it would be the lyretail variety.
