silver angelfish

my 12 month old male(have had since feb 2009) have not had any problems with him or female, until 2 days ago, she was laying eggs he wasn't paying any attention to her(very unusual) then the nest morning he was still is swimming cartwheels, please help!  I have grown so attached to them, it's so horrifying to see. I have a towel over the tank right now. I sure hope that there is help.  Water balance,temp,ph are all excelllent, did partial water change today. Oh he's not eating either, there's no way for him to, cartwheeling like that, please help me, one way or the other. I can't stand to see the poor thing suffer.

seems there is some sort of bladder issue without actually seeing the fish.
you could add some melafix and up temp to about 86.
if it is a bladder issue there really is not much you can do.
I am guessing that the other occupants are OK so that can rule out a contagious issue.
some non iodized salt mixed in can help as well, about 2tbls per 15 gals.
