Question
horse respiration bein
hello ma'am, may i know what do you mean by "horse respiration being up"? you answered me a question previously that the horse's respiration is up in the image i have attached.
AnswerRohit,
Just simply his breathing incresed because of physical activity.
Normal resting respiration for a horse is 10 to 16 breaths per minute.
Just like any animal, when activity increases, the pulse (heart rate ) of the horse increases as does the respiration.
After galloping in a race, the obviously distended nostrils of the horse, plus the look of his
muzzle, would go along with the fact that his respiration (breath rate) is up.
