vintage jockey saddle

Hello I am looking for some information on a vintage belmont registered jockey saddle-  I am not involved in the equestrian community whatsoever so any information or contact would be greatly appreciated

Dear David,

I would try Googling your terms.  If you are not involved in the equestrian community, would you know the difference between an exercise saddle (used by jockeys on the horses they work during morning works and a racing saddle which is used for races)?  Do you know the history of your saddle?  As a general rule, the exercise saddles are owned by the stable and the racing saddles are owned by the jockey.  If your saddle was ridden by a well-known jockey or used on a famous horse, its value would be far more than if it is just a an old racing saddle.  It will also depend whether it is only decorative or still usable.
