Leopard Gecko with a tooth abscess

Question
I have a juvenile Leo that I have been nursing back to health. He quit eating for 2-3 weeks. I de-wormed him 3 times over a 3 week period with Panacure . He then started eating on his own for a few days. He now has what I am pretty sure is a tooth abscess. It is a hard lump under his eye. I know Baytril is a safe antibiotic to use in reptiles. He weighs 17 grams and I was wonder if you could tell me what dose to give him, how often and for how long.
Thanks for your help.

Answer
Hello Harleyanne,

Could you post a picture of him for me so I can see the abscess?  Do you know how that happened, did he get bitten by a cricket possibly?  Or did he get bitten by a worm when he was eating?  Is he eating on his own right now?
At his weight of 17 grams, the amount of baytril would be very very small.  Do you have Baytril at home right now, & if so, what strength/concentration is it?  I can dose it for you but I need the strength of the medication first.  A picture would be helpful, also.
Do you have an undertank heater being used in combination with an overhead basking light for him?
