What happens if circulation get cut off in a rabbits foot and causes a large blood bubble on leg and swelling of the foot?

If the blood supply has been cut off long enough, the tissues of the foot can die, and the foot can become necrotic (i.e., dead) and dangerously infected.

If this has happened to your rabbit, please get him to an expert rabbit vet immediately, as it may be possible to treat the condition before it becomes so serious that your bunny loses the foot or worse, his life.  You can find a good vet here:

In the meantime, removing the source of constriction is imperative, and *very gentle* massage of the swollen foot can help restore circulation and reduce the amount of lymph and swelling.  But you need to get him to the vet right away.
