I was wondering if you could provide me with a list of breeders near the Toronto
area. I am looking for pure bread netherland dwarfs.

I think you can find  a list of breeders at this web site  you may have to surf a little  but there is a lot of info there click on list of breeders and search that way or click on the list of breeds and scroll down to the netherland dwarf pic and click on the pic and that will take you the the dwarf club website and you will have the info you desire. good luck ...
