Sow vomiting

Question
I have an approximately 2 or three year old pot belly pig in with my boar. She was malnourished from the person that I purchased the pig from. She has gained all the necessary weight and is now back to that which she should be. The thing I have noticed now is that after eating a few botes of food she begins to vomit. Most is white frothy and she will do so approximately 4 to 5 times. Could this be that she is pregnant (similar to a human morning sickness), a parasite or something else. If you need more info from me just let me know. This has just started recently and she has no other symptoms, she still is mobile, drinks, etc but when the vomiting occurs she puts herself aside from the boar (to whom she has been with for over a year with no prior problems)

Answer
Pigs do not get morning sickness, so that is not the problem.

Starved pigs sometimes try to gobble their food so fast they gag and regurgitate. This kind of behavior is usually apparent right away, but it could also be triggered by something new in the environment that's making her uncomfortable. You might try putting her in a separate pen or crate for feeding, so she feels safe and doesn't need to gobble.

If that doesn't help, she may need to see a vet. I'm not a vet so I can't give medical advice, and it's impossible to accurately diagnose a medical condition over the internet. Some possibilities are a bad tooth, an ulcer, or internal blockage.
