No. Cabbage is a healthy food for all pigs. But too much cabbage will give him gas! Also, many pigs don't care for plain raw cabbage. You can entice him to eat his cabbage by shredding it and dressing it with a few drops of low-fat salad dressing. Buddy is a very cute piggy!
