rat snail trails

Question
Hi my pet rat wees/dribbles a lot a bit like a snail trail when we are handling
her, is this normal? She is about 10 months old and is lovely apart from this.

This is totally normal. Both males and females use urine to mark their "turf"!!

Consider this a compliment. :-)  You belong to HER and she wants everyone to know this.
Believe it or not, rats can tell alot about each other just from smelling another rats markings. They can determine the age and sex of another rat and also if the female is in heat or not.
