Smelly ear?

I have noticed over the past 2-3 days that my rats one ear is smelling pretty badly. She is still eating the same and has plenty of energy, but I'm wondering if it's the start of an infection. Is there anything that I can do for her, personally, or should I just take her to the vet? Thanks!

Sounds like infection and its time for a vet visit.  Do you have a good qualified exotic certified or DVM that has a special interest in exotics?  If not please let me give you some names once you tell me your location


With proper treatment she will be just fine!
