Hahns Macaw beak

I have a 6 month old hahns macaw, and a few weeks ago I noticed that there is two wart like lumps on either side of her beak. She keeps rubbing them against her cage. Am a bit worried. any idea of what they could be? Thanks

Unless it's here cere on the top part of her beak (nostrils) I really have no clue what this could be.  I would definitely get her to an avian vet to have them looked at.  

Generally, birds will rub their beaks on their cages and perches, sometimes to wipe off food or water... and sometimes just to scratch an itch or because it feels good.  If she definitely has growth there you should definitely have them checkout out by an avian vet.
