indian ringneck parrots

Question
Hi i bought two Indian ring neck parrots about five days ago but they don't seem to be eating much and i am worried i have given them sun flower seeds, broccoli, carrots,apple grapes, and even a bit of cheese and they wont touch it could you please help.

Aside from the sunflower seeds - you're feeding your parrots excellent choices.  Sunflower seeds are very bad for birds though and can cause fatty liver disease, so replace them with a quality seed mix that doesn't include them.  Try some pellets too (about 75-80% of the diet should be of pellets).
