Answer
Its a lovely gesture and I'm sure you're mouse will appreciate it.

Here are some treat foods that I have found popular;
Fromage frais, Ritz crackers, dried fruit especially apricots and raisins, fresh juicy fruit such as strawberries and blueberries, 1 stick of kitkat bar (this is a very special treat feed only once or twice), peanut butter, seeds especially pumpkin and sunflower, cooked pasta and rice, small pieces of cooked fish, boiled potatoes, cooked egg and cereals.

I have tried making treats for mice but they usually don't go down well. It usually involves mixing mouse food with honey or flour and water and adding chopped fruits to make balls or biscuits.

There are also the store bought variety of treats.

Avoid too much fruit as it will give her and her cage mates the runs!
