bleeding mouse-- mites?

i think my mouse has mites, but I'm not positive.she is bleeding around the ears and on her face, and she is not very responsive..Help!!

Hello.

If the mouse had a mild condition I would suggest treating for mites and seeing what happens.  But because she sounds terribly ill, she needs to go to the vet.  They can test a skin sample and determine the problem, then give the mouse the appropriate treatment as fast as possible.
