Issue reoccuring with all my mice

Natasha,
I have had a total of 5 female mice in the past two years and I take them out of their cage very regularly and spend time with them. However, WHENEVER I put one of them on my shoulder I have noticed with every single one of them they always urinate on me. I'm wondering if they are scared because they do not have this issue when I let them out of their cage, but they do not seem to mind being on my shoulder, a couple of them even make that grinding noise that they're happy while on my shoulder. They even have the ability to climb down if they want, but usually don't so I don't know why this is happening, or if there is even a reason beyond coincidence. If you have any input it would be much appreciated! Thank you!
