red spots on mouse

My mouse have these two small red spots/lesions on her face. Her companion doesn't seem to have these lesions. I clean their cage every now and then. I'm starting to worry that she's having a rash or skin disease or something. What could it be? And what might have caused it? Thanks!

Dear Jodie,

Your mouse had better go yo the vet.  I can't diagnose her myself, but that sounds to me like ringworm. The other mouse can get it too and you should make sure you wash your hands well after you hold her.
