Running Ball size for mouse

Hi, thanks so much for the info you guys have provided for me it's been extremely useful.  I have my mice finally situated and settled and am interested in buying another running ball for them.  I have four mice now and keeping just one clean is very difficult.  I was thinking of getting one size bigger for my older mouse but can't seem to find a 6" ball only 7" which looks much to big for a mouse.  Is there such thing as a 6" ball and what size is preferable for mice?

The ball I used for years with  my mice was a 7 inch version, but it really was a little big. Later I found a smaller version, at 5.5", which you can get here:

However, the 7 inch version is great for two mice to go in together!  I had a pair of girls, one black and one white, who would race down the hall at break-neck speeds in it together, crossing over each other as they veered around corners like little race car drivers!  But not every mouse 'gets' it that well.

My main advice is get clear or as close to clear as you can.  The colors are to make it pretty for us, but the mouse wants to be able to see out. And I'm not sure how easy it is to see through this glow in the dark version.
