Question
hello i have a ferret peewee that is about 5years old he
is having trouble walking is seem like he can't keep balance he keeps walking then he will fall over he sometimes
will hold his next the whole way back that it is laying on his back we do have one cat that was carrying him around sometimes by is neck not sure if that did something to him he is still eating and drinking but he just is not his self anymore does not want to play i think he trys just can't get body to move took him to vet awhile back they said as long as he was moving let him go they gave him some med.for about a week he seem like
he was getting

better
then it went back to the same way thank u for ur help will check back soon

Hi Stephanie,

There are a few different things that could cause weakness in the legs, and none of them are good! I would try and follow up with your vet and I would even go so far as to say that you should maybe get a second opinion if they are just telling you to "let it go" even though he is still having this problem. You should try a different vet because this could be a big problem and you wouldn't want something bad to happen to your Peewee because of an unconcerned vet!
