Fruity Cheerios and Ferrets

Our ferret loves fruity cheerios is it ok for him to eat them?

Unfortunately, there is nothing nutritionally valuable in a fruity cheerio to your ferret. They are full of sugar and grain and neither of these things are good for your ferret and may actually cause intestinal problems somewhere down the line. I wouldn't suggest giving those as a treat at all. If you want to give a treat, it should be meat or egg (unseasoned in both cases and if feeding meat, it needs to be de-boned!!) because these are rich in protein and protein is what ferrets need!
