Is my puppy psychotic?

Hi,
I have a 9wk old, female maltese x toy poodle x jack russell who is extremely aggressive. Is this normal for this breed? I got her when she was only 6wks old. She was infested with fleas, had scabs all over body and was very underweight. Her weight has almost doubled, all the scabs and fleas are gone, she recently had her first vaccination, but at home she seems to be very angry. She snaps uncontrollably and very hard. At the beginning she was going to the toilet on the wee pads, but now it's almost like she purposes goes on the carpet. I always have to be where she can see me or she loses it, sometimes she refuses to eat unless i'm in the same room. I was giving her light taps on the bottom when she misbehaved, but if i do that now it seems to get her more upset. What do i do? please help

Your pup sounds difficult, that's for sure, but stop with the "light taps on the bottom" immediately and go to http://www.apdt.com to find a good trainer in your area who can meet this pup and give you an evaluation of your pup's behavior and behavior modification prognosis.
