why my 19 month old shin tzu dog still potting in his cage and in my house please help!

It's possible the cage is too large for him. Remember to keep a close eye on him so that you can catch him in the act and take him outside to go. Every time he goes potty inside and isn't corrected he learns it's okay. When he goes outside give him a treat so he knows he did good.
