hey dave, its delina, we started the crate today and it is killing me.  Of coarse she is crying.  Should i just let her cry or is there anything that i should be doing?  Thank you so much for your help.

This is draconian. She is miserable. You are
miserable. We are all miserable.

We are trying to make sure she doesn't A) get out of
sight and B) goes potty outside only.

IF SHE GOES POTTY OUTSIDE... she can be out of the
crate in a very small area.

IF SHE DOESN'T she needs to be in the crate. Give her
some chew bones, dental chews, rawhides to make the
time in the crate more tolerable.

No potty outside means no free time inside. She'll
get it after a few days. Keep up the effort!
