PEEING ONLY ONCE A DAY

I have a 7 MO old puppy, had him only 3 days. He's wonderful in all aspects. Except he only pees once a day. He can go all night and even late into the morning. He poops once a day. All else seems to be great. This has got me worried. Our vet visit is scheduled but not for a while.

Do you have a water bowl available at all times?

I'd suggest walking him a lot and see if he goes more often when out and a little more "stimulated".

If you're concerned, just call the vet and ask.  I'd definitely expect him to be urinating more than once a day.

I'd also check around the house in case he's "going" somewhere you just haven't found.
