my dog has excessive fleas.he is always itching and he does not look that happy like that.we use frontline plus,and it does not seem to work?he is 4 yrs. old,blonde cocker,brown eyes,black nose,big ,curly ears,and cute

Then it's not fleas that are making him itch.  He needs a vet visit to check for other parasites.  The vet should also check his thyroid since that's common in cockers and can cause serious skin problems.  Do this now and don't wait 'till it gets worse.
