QuestionI see a person on this web site keeps recommending a raw diet. But when I researched on line, I found that the Bichon Frise Club recommends kibble. I am going to get a puppy in mid-June, so I want to have the right food on hand when she arrives and I bought Iams, thinking that was good, but am confused about conflicting advice on what to feed the dog. AnswerThis is your decision. I know a lot of people who feed BARF. I have read a lot on the subject and gone to several seminars given by vets and authors on the subject. So I feel very comfortable feeding it. I also know a lot of BFCA member who also feed BARF. It's what you feel comfortable with. I see more benefits from it.
